After easing their way past Manchester City away from home on Sunday, Arsenal are immediately back in action as they face Newcastle United, in the Carling Cup.
Manager Arsene Wenger welcomes back strikers Nicklas Bendtner, Carlos Vela and Theo Walcott with centre back Laurent Koscielny also set to start after recovering from a back injury. A number of players are expected to be rested although the Gunners – according to the Frenchman – want to fight for every single competition this season.
The game kicks off at 19:45 in the UK. As ours is one of only three games today, we should have plenty of links to enjoy what will hopefully be a nice game of football.
